Moved here in the fall of '05 and intend on renewing my lease for the '06-'07 year. Very safe, very clean, and very friendly. Staff has changed a bit, but they consistently hire quality agents that are actually quite nice and helpful. Maintenance guys are also very nice and exremely punctual. I don't know why there are other negative posts about this place, I seriously don't have any complaints and intend on staying until I buy a house in the next year or two. Great area too. Close to mo-pac or 183. heb is around the corner. quiet area.
