Well, the maintenance man is very nice and is very timely at fixing any problems. The parking is horrible because the spaces are way to small even for a small car. There are signs posted that says visitors are to park in the street but they never do, and the office won't do anything about it. All they say is "well, we aren't here at night so there is nothing we can do". I have lived here 2 yrs and I have not really had any problems at all. Recently though, they have let some not so desirable people move in, not just here, the whole neighborhood is going downhill. Signs are posted on the light poles about someone being sexually assualted around the corner from the complex.
One apartment has 10 immigrant workers living in it. This wouldn't be a problem if you were not bothered by them on the weekends when they are drunk. I would like to move just because of this, but unfortunately I am stuck for awhile longer.
The master bedroom closet is way to small and has no lighting in it so it too dark. The kitchen isn't bad at all, even though I don't have the upgraded appliances. It is a good size apartment for a single person or a couple. There are lots of wood ants outside who like to wander in sometimes, but they had the exterminator come out in a timely manner. The lighting is pretty poor in the cul-de-sac areas. The price tends to jump quite a bit on renewal, too much for not having any amenities. The pet deposit is crazy high for just a cat, $300. There is also no storage at all.
I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend due to the neighborhood getting a bit trashy and not having a pool.
