Metropolis Apartments

Will not renew lease From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived hear almost 6 months and have had my car broken into in very well lit parking lot and my cheap lawn chairs stollen from our porch. Now if you are looking for a cheap apartment and don't mind east riverside crime and have an open mind this place is right up your alley. I for one work to hard for what little i have to have it stollen and noone care to do anything about it. My only other two complaints are the parking spaces are way to small and the management does nothing about people who do not know how to park. The amenities suck if you work during the day. They close down the pool everyday when the office closes which can be at 830pm to 10pm and also close the gym at same time. Know as i see it i pay for these things with my rent and should be able to enjoy them and not have them taken away by poor management. oh one other thing metropolis has a message board for all its residents to use to comunicate throughout the coomunity which is great when used properly but beware it is also ran by the management which allows one of its managers (el chase) to attack anyone who might disagree or use improper spelling and such. Check it out youll see what I mean.
