Metropolis Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I'm young and love music, but when it comes from your upstairs neighbors when you're trying to sleep because you have to work early in the morning, it SUCKS. That's my main issue here. The other is that my A/C didn't work for most of last summer so I'm not looking forward to this summer. I'm PAYING to have an apt. w/A/C, so they're pretty much theaves for making me pay for something I don't even have most of the time.
