Gates are NEVER functioning correctly. We have been told since December 2006 that they were going to be installing a new gating system.
Car prowl / Burglary : Cars are constantly broken into. Apartments have had their doors kicked in and ransacked.
Repair : 24 hour repair on call. Right' Try 3 weeks to get anything done, regardless of the problem.
Staff : Liars. Will tell you what you want/need to hear to your face and then never follow through.
Pets : NO ONE PICKS UP AFTER THEIR ANIMALS ON THE GROUNDS. One tenets apartment was vandalized with dog feces.
Parking : Non-Existent after 6pm. Parking spots are numbered and you are "required" to have a parking pass. This is not enforced.
Allocated Billing : Water / Trash = Complete rubbish. The staff must be making quite a fortune.
Building Cracks / Leaning : Apartments are cleaned up upon being vacated and holes / cracks are patched to appear non existent, after a few months though you will be able to talk to your neighbor in the next unit through the holes in the walls.
For $800 for a sparse one bedroom apartment, your money is better spent elsewhere.
