I must admit after reading several of the reviews I was skeptical about moving here to MSR. However I did take the chance. I would say it is a very nice place to live. The view is great, my apartment is nice, and the amenities are decent. There are several things I would like to see change about the complex. Before you read below understand that I do enjoy living here.. it is a nice place to live, but the below comments would make the property better than any other I've seen!
1. Less Kids in the streets (There are no playgrounds, open fields, or anywhere for the kids to play. Therefore they crowd in the middle of the street and throw their footballs, ride skate boards, or just stand there.
2. Additional Activities (Similar to above, the amenities are great, but there is just nothing to do here on the property. Happy hour is nice, but I was hoping to see tennis courts, a basketball court, or at least a sand volleyball spot "Canyon Creek Mansions has this already", but none of this exists at MSR.
3. Dog crap in the grass (I must admit the staff did just send out a letter to all tenants warning them to pick up after their animals or they will be fined. We'll see if this works.
So if the staff at MSR reads this.. if you could push for the three comments I made above, this would make our community much more family oriented!

OBVIOUSLY A shrift. Does anyone else smell something fishy? No one would write such a rosy, grammarically rechecked post if they werent promoting something to a "way over the top" mandate.

MSR, must be another employee writing a better story this time, since we sniffed out the last one.
