I lived in these apartments from October 2002 till February 2003. I still frequent this site, sometimes for laughs and sometimes just to sympathize with those that seem to be going through what I did. My experience at MSR was simply horrible. So horrible, in fact, that I paid the over $4000 out-of-pocket expense to break my lease. Trust me, it was SO worth it. I had ants, lots of them. They were EVERYWHERE! They crawled on me while sitting on my couch/chair while watching TV. They were in my bed. On my walls. Everywhere!!! Walls''' Paper thin. Winter heating bills' Much, much, much, much more than my current 3100 Sq. Ft. home. Managment' Incompetent (at the time). Residents' Well, I didn't get to know many people because I only lived there a short time, but I know two of them are now in jail. Maintenance' Work either not completed, not completed correctly, or not completed on time. Twice I came home to find my apartment UNLOCKED after the maintenance crew had been there. Rating' Below awful. I've lived a lot of places around the world. This is by far, without a doubt, THE WORST. I feel SO sorry for anyone stuck there.
