kids on trikes, bikes,blocking the roads, throwing rocks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   at cars-too many children, unsupervised, running through the grounds, yelling, standing in the middle of the street so that they block your car on purpose-i have observed these groups of children,hiding behind bushes until a car comes then running out in front of the cars! to scare the drivers and then running back and throwing rocks at the cars-the mansions have turned into an out of control playground for tons of children! where are their parents' especially for the little ones on trikes' they are the biggest pain to deal with and the office is just ignoring the whole problem-as usual!
