Loved everything about it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived at the Mansions at Canyon Creek for a year and had the best experience! I truly couldn't have asked for more. My home was beautiful and I loved having friends over to show it off. I don't think I heard my neighbors once and I always felt safe on property. I only had few maintenance requests while I was there and they were only small things that I was almost embarrassed to report like needing my battery replaced in my smoke detectors (the ceilings are just so high). Even though they were minor I always came home from work that day to find the work was done, done right and they left a note behind them. I did recently buy a house so I sadly had to leave but I was pleasantly surprised to find they only charged me $50 upon move out. Seemed more than reasonable for living there a whole year. I'm a little sad to read all the negative things people right because I've got tons of friends that still live there and absolutely love it. I guess like anything in life . . . people will always take the time to complain but rarely spend a second to comment on a job well done. I'd encourage people to go to their Friday night happy hours and chat with the residents. You'll find a lot more thrilled residents than the miserable ones portrayed on this website. All and all I recommend it to everyone!
