1. I travel almost weekly for work and I can rarely put my trash out at the designated time and day. To keep from cluttering up the apartments, I have taken my trash to the dumpster. Now they have a sign on the dumpster threatening a $50 fine for using it and a padlock to keep you out. This ais a complete pain for me.
2. The staff at the Mansions is absolutely horrible. When you come to look at the apartments, you're treated like you're royalty, but that quickly changes once you move in. They act like they personally own the property and that you're trespassing even when you're just dropping off your rent.
3. The walls are paper thin. I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apartment. They have a tiny dog that might weigh ten pounds and I can hear it running back and forth across the floor.
For your own good, don't move here. I can't wait to get out.
