Bitchy, phony leasing consultants...they love their jobs as the fat cat's henchwomen. The high pitch shriek: "Thank you for calling the Mansions at Canyon Creek!!!!" when they answer the phone would warn any sane person to stay away from this place. Parking sucks. Garbage pick up is inconvenient. When you leave they will place a piece of new carpet next to yours and if the shades do not match they will charge you hundreds to replace the carpet, as if it will look the same after a 26, 13, or even a 6 month lease. Do they care' NO they want your money BAD. Happy hours are LAME...and if you end your lease early they will CHARGE YOU FOR THEM!! HA! What a joke. The staff at the Mansions is absolutely horrible. When you come to look at the apartments, you're treated like you're royalty, but that quickly changes once you move in. The staff about a year ago was very friendly but not the case now. Constant noise sounds like there are elephants up stairs! RENT IS RIDICULOUSLY TOO HIGH! They will screw you DO NOT MOVE HERE FAIR WARNING. The GM's name is Lisa she's blonde and MEEEEEEEEEAN look out!
