Please beware before signing a lease. They lead you to beleive the valet trash service is free. Wrong, it is $10.00 per month. Also the water is submetered. Try finding the rate out, and your exact water consumption. What a joke.
Also you can not go to the gym in private. Any tenant that has cable can tune in and view you on closed circuit while you are exercising. I personally think this is a violation of your privacy.
The playground for the children doesn't have anything on it except a small jungle gym. It has not been designed with children in mind.
When my lease is up I will be moving. From now until then I will be investigating all aspects of leases. And pay close attention to what kind of management staff they offer. Age discrimination has to be accuring with the staff. Only people under about 35 seem to be employed at the Mansions.
Also the happy hours on Friday that they lead prospective tenants to beleive to be wonderful, are a joke!! Bad quality of food as well as they always seem to run out early. The Sunday Brunch leaves allot to be desired. The selection is pathetic!!
Give careful consideration before choosing this place.
