i lived at the mansions for three years and wanted to move after my first lease was up. my work kept me from doing that, when i finally did move, it was a releif a awful place to live. as many other comments the staff is rude. would come in and out of my apartment at will with no notification. once maintenance was in my hall as i got out of the shower. 6months after i moved for there i received a bill for over two thousand dollars. no explanation just a threat that it would adversley effect my credit if i did not pay in thirty days from the date on the bill which was one week away. i did not owe any money when i left and i satified my lease. beware most of what u read on the site is completely accurate. and the 5 ratings are clearly not a true reflection.

I completely agree with the statement that the staff is rude. Particularly, Elizabeth.

Western Rim is doing this at ALL of their apartments...I think this is how they stay in business...
