Terrible experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   For those of you who seek to rent in an supposedly upscale apartment complex, I urge you to look elseware. Beware! Aside from the fact that there were many problems that went unresolved, this company borders on fraud upon move out. Fortunately we had a short lease in the interm of building a new house. We took care of this property as we would have our own. About two months after move out we recieved an invoice for the replacement of their carpet. Upon move in it was noted that the carpet was already worn. Also the previous tennant had a pet. So not only do they have our deposit, they also claim we owe them a substantial amount. I have found that they do this very thing to many tennants. I have hired an attorney and intend to nail them, no matter what the cost. Go elsewhere!
