Despite what you are reading, my experiences were great! I really enjoyed living at this propoerty. When I moved out I received all my deposit and did not get charged extra when I moved out. Did you all clean your apartment when you moved out' It seemes people always want something for nothing. Maybe it's karma.

Yes I did and was a good tenant for over 3 yrs. Do not judge us just because you had a great experience!

YEAH it was cleaned . Twice a month by the Mansions in house service. We were gone two to three weeks a month , every month , for the whole year we lived there. The appartment was brand new when we moved in . They said we ruined the carpet and ruined the walls. We never wore shoes inside and had a few pictures on the wall that we use small hanging brads to hang them with. Used the service, we were never there, the appt was as new when we left as the day we moved in , and they charged us 2.5k for damages. When we ask to see the ruined rug , they told us it had been thrown away. When ask if they could show what they considered was a ruined wall ie. photographs.... YEP , you guessed it didn't have them either. Consider you self lucky for the great experience. Ratio of Neg feedback to pos says there's a whole lot more bad experiences the good.
