Rip off stay away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   After only living there for ONE year, with now kid or pets, we were charged to replace the carpet and the paint to repaint the wall... When we asked to see the , as the management claimed , ruined carpet we were told it had already been thrown away ... We left that apartment in perfect condition ... We used , and paid for , the appts cleaning service twice a month... Go figure the boggus claim of ruined carpet when their own people were cleaning it ''' Six months later got a bill for 2.5k This is NOT an apartment community you want to live in. Unless you don't mind rediculous claims and rediculous regulation; ie , can't store anything but your vehicle in the garage. It doesn't claim that rule anywhere in the lease but you're threatened with sanctions if you violate this "off the lease" regulation...
