water bills From: khw6580 Date posted: 7/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   My biggest complaint is the water bills. It is split by the number of people in your apartment. I feel that we are conservative in our usage and I am not happy about having to pay for people washing their cars, boats and watering flowers etc. We have had a roof problem for SEVERAL months. We have a leak around our fireplace that no one had come to fix. Want to move at end of lease.
