This apartments community has some issues. The gates are never working, especially the back gate. It's in a very good neighborhood so it's not too bad of a security issue. The problem is alot of trashy people are starting to move in, i don't know how they can afford it with the prices so high. The maintenance, for lack of a better word, SUCKS!!!! There was only one good maintenance guy and he transfered to another place, and now they have some dude who doesn't speak english very well. The apartments don't replace the carpeting before you move in even though they tell you otherwise, we know because we found a patch of carpeting cut out and replaced with new carpet will the rest was obviously older. Noise is also an issue as you can here QUIET CONVERSATIONS in the parking lot across from your apartemnt! We also got stuck into a 26 months lease with promises of a free cruise and was never given the cruise due to some incident. They gave us $500 to compensate for the lose, but that would only cover the cruise fare for 1 person not 2. Our apartment also had water damage in it when we moved in to an "upgrade" after they double leased our original apartment to another person. They just don't have their ---- together. So my suggestion in all this is to just check elswehere and get more bang for your buck.
