Drive past this one...

About a week after move in, my husband's truck got broken into. All of the appliances were very cheap. The walls are very hollow and you can hear everything. We always hear the people above us constantly walking around and the people beside us playing their latino music... it's horrible. I have lived here since September, I already know we aren't going to renew. Living here has been a horrible experience. We never had the problems in an apartment where we paid half as much and the location buried deep in the ghetto. My husband's vehicle was broken into with-in the first week we moved here. NONE of all three doors to the outside lock good. The apartment has a HUGE water leak from the above apartment, which is going to lead to, very rapidly, a mold infestation. The sink leaks. They never painted this place when we moved in. The bedroom fan has been broken since we moved in. The microwave blew out, but that was replaced conveniently with one that doesn't work as well. Dishwasher does not serve a purpose. In addition, the refrigerator, looking like it came out of a massive hail storm, has had problems.

We put in a repair request when we moved in, and nothing was done to improve. They thought that you can easily paint over the leak in the ceiling and that would fix the problem. We have put in two maintenance requests since we moved in. Once in October, the other in December, and neither of us has seen results since. We haven't been contacted either.

That landscaping is sloppy. We live towards the back of the property. There is NO grass, instead, weeks fill the ground growing in number each day. The landscaping company they use used to just mow over the weeds, multiplying their population, but just stopped mowing over here period over the past couple of months.

There is no parking. We have two cars. We put one car in the garage and have to park the other in the 8-slot lot. 95% of the time this lot is full. My husband got a ticket for parking in the handicapped lane. He circled the PROPERTY that night and could not find a spot anywhere. We have a separate handicapped spot in front of our building. We never park there, even though others do. He had no where else to park, and consequently due to the property's bad planning, suffered. They allow vehicles that don't run and in addition that have expired tags back to 2005 to take up space.

This place is not worth the price. I would not recommend this to anyone.
