I recently moved from the Mansions and encountered what many others have noted- a charge for "cleaning" (though I spent two full days cleaning before I moved out in order to hopefully prevent incurring any type of cleaning charges) and a fee for "carpet replacement" (and the carpet had been professionally cleaned twice during the two years I lived there). I now apparently owe several hundreds of dollars on a place that, when I moved out, was in the kind of shape where new tenants could move in almost immediately.

I am looking into legal action against the complex and like many others, would advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
