All the negative is correct drive on by From: psyfusion Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 2 responses   This apartment complex was great when it was The Mansions Since the cnc investment buyout it is horrible . I lived here for 2.5 years and everything was great, but here recently however it's all different we have rats, roaches and they tow your car from your garage while you are home. Then they act like "oh well sorry these things happen" even though its private property so the tow truck has to have lisa's approval for every tow .The managment is never there for you except when your signing your new lease. The maintance guys are encapable of even holding a screwdriver. For what they are charging here you could go to the Verandahs, Sonterra, The complex next door even or any other complex and have much better living conditions. This complex is so horrible my wife and I are considering taking a hit on our credit just so we can get out. When i was talking of rats i meen RATS crawling around all night scratching and screeching and then the die so our apartment and all my neighbors smells like a death trap and has for weeks. I strongly advise reconsidering living here or at least ask the 30 something tenants of 1 plus years that were Towed from there garage parking over easter weekend. Then the lack of concern from the office again its private property . Id like to note that maintance has been out 7 times to fix jacuzzi tub and have yet got it to work and out of the seven times they cant even Caulk evenly it looks like Helen Keller did it. My tile all over apartment is literally coming up and its because of the lack of backer board they just glued tiles to plywood probably with elmers the cheap bas****. Rats ate through everything in closet and our garage and once again oops from mgmt. The guy who shot the lady on boulder and stole her car lived right next to me im scared to see who else is (jeffrey dahmer') living here. Monterone should be called Craperone at the way the run this place. Also the walls are so thin that you can hear the type of toilet paper your neighbor bought and uses.
