Moved out the end of last year, never got our deposit or itemized deduction list. Requested it and our walk through info several times. Corporate never returned any calls. This "WATER LEAK" has been going on for over a year, our water bill started out at $30 by the time we moved out it was over $80, w/no changes in our use. And yes 3 months before we moved out we suddenly owed rent for our washer and dryer we had had for a year and a half, also pet rent out of no where after none for a year and a half.
so thats my update since moving out, I wouldn't recommend living there to anyone

always nice to look out your window and see drug deals going on. They try to advertise the complex as classy, but most of the people living here are just inconsiderate and rude.
Also major water leak somewhere in the complex has made water bills triple.
As with all places there is some good and some bad...
pros: the office staff has always been very nice and friendly, the complex is fairly nice looking, since the new management the landscaping has been improved, easy repairs seem to get taken care of, complex has garages
cons: the office staff may be friendly but they wont always call you back or even know the answer to your questions (about advertised amenities or maintenance), some more major maintenance put off, what has made living here the most unenjoyable is the people who live here; they have no respect for their neighbors constantly speeding through the complex(where kids play), being very loud in general, throwing trash out of their cars, not following trash pick up rules so their trash sits all over the complex in the summer heat and rain sometimes for 3 days! gross...it constantly smells like trash, and dog poo because they dont pick that up either, yes plenty of flys come along with that. There are motorcycles, loud tail pipes, and monster trucks in the complex...so plenty of auto noise. Basically the way the complex is set up noise is amplified from the street right to your apt...and there is plenty of noise and activity, constant repairs being made, moving trucks, maintenance staff yelling, nextells, people running power tools...etc.
Have heard the scam you out of your deposit and try to charge you even more$ for petty things that they should just take care of as an apartment management co. Will see what happens when I move out will be sure to report here any unfair management practices.

Please go to www.monterone-aka-mansionsonthegreen-victims.com. There are some great tips on how to try to protect yourself from being charged unjustly when you move out. It is also a great resource when this dump screws you, which I have heard is routine for this place, so you can fight back.

If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!
