I lived at this complex for only six months and what a horrible experience!!! The staff was very very nice, until I signed the lease and then they helped with absolutely nothing. My labrador retriever got mauled by another residents pit bull that was off his leash causing about 500$ in vet bills that the owner of the dog

never paid for. I told ----(manager) about this and she did absolutely nothing about and the people and their 2 pit bulls continue to live there. One night we came home and when I pulled around the corner once inside the complex a guy was standing in the middle of the road pointing a gun at me and my boyfriend! Don't believe me' Call and I'll fax you the police reports and the statement management signed about the pit bulls!!! 512-803-2580 You will not get your deposit back regardless of how perfect you leave the apartment!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Gates don't work most of the time! They will tow your car from in front of your garage, not because it's illegal but because property management gave them permission!!! They wouldn't do a walk through with me on the apartment when I moved out, but did by themselves 2 days later and told me they would charge me for damages for which there were none!! It has been 40 days since our move out and they still haven't given us the deposit refund they said they would!! See ya in court!!!

Go to www.monterone-aka-mansionsonthegreen-victims.com. There are so many people that have had the same experience. You can get involved in the class action suit that is being filed against these slum lords.
