I cant believe the actions and responses by management about several problems that not only myself, but other renters are having. They just dont care anymore. As long as they are getting their money from us, thats all that matters. We have drug dealers that moved into our building! We all know they are drug dealers because they (in plain sight may I add) constantly have people over, drive up, honk, someone comes out of their apartment, they hand them something, the person that lives here hands them cash, and the car drives away. We have heard the residents living there outside on their cell phones talking to their "peeps" about needing a fix and they needed to hurry up and get here. I mean this is ridiculous! We have reported this to management and nothing gets done! They just dont care. They dont care about the element they are bringing into this place. They dont care that several vehicles have been broken into in the past couple of months. Kind of fishy that these break ins just started happening once they let these trashy people move in. They dont care that our neighbors are ridiculously loud and their dogs never shut up. They just dont care. I will be glad when I'm out of this place. I have never wasted more money than I have living in this place.

FYI-Water bills are still going up because of the supposed "Water leak" that they were suppose to have fixed already. What a dump!!!

It's very rare that someone gets to break a lease with this management company. If you or anyone reading these reviews have been charged thousands of dollars from breaking a lease, please contact me. I have legal representation, and the best part is that they are free! Write me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net and join the fight! If you have been charged thousands for breaking a lease, you are a victim and do not let these people get away with illegal activity. Join our fight and become a winner!

Are you saying that apartments are in the business to make money? DUH!If you sign a contract you have a legal binding agreement. The owners rely on your occupancy and revenue for many reasons including to be refinanced. Like most contracts if you break them there are penalties. There are no bad guys out to "get" you. Next time don't sign a contract if you don't want to be penalized for breaking it. Quit feeling sorry for yourself and step up and take responsibility for your actions. No one made you move there or made you sign a lease.

I am the resident that lived across from these drug dealers. Let me add that they were 18-19 yr old college kids whose mothers were paying their rent (according to the property manager). Note: "paying" their rent, not subletting to the boys. This is a contract violation. When I complained also to the manager about this apartment, she promised me that they would be out of the apartment at the end of Oct (07). They didn't move out till March 08.
