PET RENT!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   Monterone Canyon Creek never mentioned a Pet Rent that is to be paid monthly for your dog. I asked them three times about the $500.00 pet deposit and they never mentioned the pet rent until after I moved in and signed my lease. The pet deposit is $15.00 a month that you will never see again! I signed a lease for 16 months therefore that would be a total of 710.00 and I would only Possibly receive 250.00 back. Not Cool
