I thought I made a sound choice in this place, I should have done my homework! I have experienced the worst customer service ever from the lackadascal office staff who I see at the local bars regularly. Downtown, I think they supliment their income down on 6th street. The big Oaf of an assistant manager hit on my buddy and we laughed all the way back to the Ghetto "MCC". This place is infested with rats, and I am not talking about the office staff. Even though they are in the same catagory. The dogs crap everywhere, there has been a water leak for 6-15months, the construction is the worst, I have a neighbor in building 6 who brings her Johns home. There are rats running through the clubhouse and pool area. The maintanance staff is a joke. The gym is filthy. Don't bother going in on weekends the staff is so hungover and reak of vomit, they can barley speak. ---------------------girl who has been there a while wears dirty clothes, has bloodshot eyes and smells like cat urine. My apartment is falling apart, I have to stop the maintanance guy on the cart to fix things, because if I go through office staff nothing ever gets done. I think they are too cheap to use ink, with a lifestyle like theirs they might want to try writing things down. Memory loss is the least of my worries, the kids play area is a death trap, broken since 2006. The lights on the tennis courts never work. The drug dealers rule the community. Thugs all over clubhouse area at all times of night. If you cherish you belongings and your saftey you wont rent here.

Actually I think the rats got fed up with the conditions and moved out. Seriously though, people are moving out in droves, even breaking their leases just to get away from this place and their attitude of once you have signed the lease you are screwed. File a complaint? Ignored. Request maintenance? Ignored. Ask why the water bill is so high? Ignored. Try to move out after your lease is over? We are keeping your deposit and piling on more after that. Thankfully people have a choice in where they should live.
