My roommates and I just moved in. There were several items that needed to be fixed and we put in the work order request. Within a few hours maintenance fixed, repaired, and replaced the items we were concerned about. They worked quietly, quickly, and communicated everything they were going to do (before) or had done (when finished). We really appreciated their time and efficiency. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Consider yourself lucky. Keep a close eye on your kids and a closer eye on what is going on around you. I am sure there are ares in the complex that have good people in small clusters and if you have no maintenance issues then you should not have many bad experiences until you move out.

I moved out of Monterone Canyon Creek and had a delightful move out, i even received my deposit back in full, it took longer than the 30 days but I still received it back in full
