They say the jets are "next to impossible to fix." When I asked if they would be replacing the hot tub they said no they had no plans to do that. They said that the hot tub did get hot but the jets will never work. So if you plan to live here then know that the hot tub will never work. Also, Monterone doesn't take pride in having green grass and the land is hay colored closer to the back. Wouldn't you think some of our rent money could go to a new hot tub and green grass'''

Oh man, did you notice that the leaves are turning brown too? What's up with that? Oh wait! I just remembered, it's NOVEMBER! The time of year when the grass turns and the leaves fall!! Geez, if you're going to post on the lame website...you should think about what you write before hand. It might help to prevent you from sounding like such an idiot!

I am aware that it is November but if you would have read correctly you would know that I said I have lived here for 7 months. The grass hasn't looked any greener in July than it looks now.

Have you ever asked them what the market rent is on these apartments? It's the amount listed on the first page of your lease before they show the amount you're actually paying. If everyone was paying it, I'm sure the grass would be green and we would have a new hot tub, but we're all paying such discounted rent that it's probably a miracle the mortgage is getting paid on this place. Most people probably don't think about stuff like that, but I've been in the business before.

HAHA!!! To the guy who posted this ad!! Look at the apartments getting upset and making excuses!!!! Everywhere you rent is below market value, besides that the economy is way down and if you do want to keep tenants (even though I beg to differ) then you must lower the rent value. Your market value is BS anyway Monterone is cheaply built, looks good until you get up close. Also, what are you talking about money??? Looks like the Landlords made plenty of money screwing people over!! Just use some of that, or try to stop making excuses and just take care of your product. You wouldnt have a problem renting places if you didnt screw so many people over!! LOL thats why no matter what time of year it is you can count on you guys advertising cause everyone is trying to avoid the place and you cant rent property. With an exeption of 1 leasing agent you should all consider a new line of work before its to late. I get a kick out of the fact the Apartments think its everyone else and not them!!! Have you read a review lately??? Oh, and there is a complete anti-monterone website 2?? HAHA Monterone Managment way to go!!!
