This apartment allowed hurricane victims from Katrina and Ike to lease up under them and then would not accept government payments after signing documents stating they would. This left the client without any way to pay for their rent and no way to break the lease without paying tens of thousands of dollars. I'd advise all displaced hurricane victims trying to relocate to think twice about signing any agreements with these people. They will take your money and KNOW what they are doing.

The government defaulted on several housing vouchers and there are still properties in town that havent been paid by FEMA http://www.austinapartmentguy.com
