We just moved out after having lived there since 2003. Although I always heard the rumors about bad managment, drug problems & how they would stick it to you after you left, we didn't experience any of that. Anytime we had a service request, it was always handled quickly. We did not have to pay a deposit when we moved in, so no money was due, and we didn't get a bill for new carpet and paint like we had been warned about. I did notice about the last six months or so before we moved that they didn't seem to be as choosy about who they let move in as before,and they did not take care of the pool like they were supposed to, but all in all, we enjoyed living at The Monterone.
