I have lived in several differant apartment communities and the Monterone at Canyon Creek are a class act. They seem more human than the other apartment managers I have had in the past, meaning they are willing to work with you and listen to you if you speak to them with respect. Every problem I have had has been handled, and if they cant fix it for you...they will make it right some other way. Oh and I am still dealing with the same lady that leased me my apartment 2 years ago, so it is nice to have that relationship with someone that knows you by name and not by apartment number.
