I have lived here for a little over 5 months. I don't know if I will say that the manager is horrible. However, he make decisions based on whatever the situation might be at the moment without taking in consideration that things do leak out. Here is what I have learned; when you come in to sign a lease they don't clarify that the water is allocated which means that your water bill it is not necessarily what you used, but what the entire building used then it gets divided by the amount of tenants in the building. So, if your neighbor decides to use the washer and dishwasher 10 times a day or wash their car inside their garage but you are trying to be conservative, you are getting ripped off!!!!.... then, I was in the lobby once as I heard a walk in asking about prices on a 1/1 and she received a rate of $700 while my neighbor across the street pays around $850 for the same apartment. That is ripping people off!!!!! The only person who has been disrespectful to me when I have called with any inquiries is the bookkeeping person by the name of -------. I don't think that the manager wants to play bad cop or maybe he simple doesn't have the -------to handle things straight up with the tenants that he passes the bucket to her. It is extremely expensive here. The electricity it is much higher than any other part of Austin and lets not mention the water. When I asked ------- once why it was tripled than all of austin she must off had just finished hitting her head against a concrete wall and though that we are all stupid because her explanation was that "it has gone up in the area" what an insult. Next door complex might not be perfect but it is A LOT cheaper and they include cable with your rent. A much much better deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE unless you want to throw your money away>
