I had a few problems with the college kids drinking and partying by the pool all hours of the evening and no security on grounds even though they said there was someone you could never get anyone and now there trying to say they are having financial issues and cant give me my deposit back as I was promised when I paid them an extra 230.00 to clean my apt professionally, even though I clened it very well before we moved and when I gave them the extra money they new even then that they were having problems and yet still took my money and didnt give me my deposit back as promised.So if your looking to rent there be careful several members of the staff were nice but I am seriously recommeding you dont sign alease or give them a deposit you will not get returned.
