I really had hesitations about moving here because of all of the horrible reviews. But I have lived here for a few months now, and haven't had any problems. I love it here and I have wonderful neighbors. The office staff is always pleasant, they do know my name and anything little minor thing that I've needed, all I had to do was call or run over...no problems. I do know that there are very unhappy in this world and if you are one of those people and looking for every little thing to complain about, you will find it anywhere....here included. But I have had nothing but great experiences here so far. Every neighborhood has your annoying kids whose parents let them run all over all day and night...we of course have that...but they aren't even that bad, just a bit annoying when you're trying to relax at the pool/hot tub at night and they are still running all around the pool/clubhouse area. As far as parking, I guess it may suck if you have several vehicles, but I have an attached garage (as do all places here) and space behind my garage for a second car...so I don't have any parking probs...like I said...I guess if you have several roommates or whatever...then parking could be an issue.

Overall...it has been a great move on my part. I am happy to be here.
