I am adding to my review, it has now been 70 days and still yet to recieve my refund,I have called and wrote many emails nobody retuned my call from the main office until I reported them to the BBB and several other asscoiations her name was tina who proceeded to tell me that she handles all the complaints.I told her I knew that they were in a chapter11 bankruptcy and she said she could neither confirm or deny that information then she proceded to say that the judge has control of the funds and they cant release them yet to give me back my deposit and the extra cleaning fee which they took knowing that they were already in a chapter11 bankruptcy. That was another 230.00 so now I have given them 530.00 dollars total and dont know if I will ever get it returned so now onto the Att. General office to file a complaint against this CNC PROPERTIES INC. THAT OWNS THE MONTERONE CANYON CREEK PROPERTIES!!!! If you are smart dont rent there as this might happen to you!!!

Ive had the same problem. I moved out in septmeber but me lease was up in october, however i still fullfilled my contract and paid the extra month that I was not there. Have called and called emailed anyone and everyone on me getting my deposit back... Now I no why i hav not recieved a response from anyone....
