I've been here for about 9 months now and really like it.

ASIDE from the prices (which is true, you get what you pay for), it's great.

Every time I've had a complaint as far as any maintenance problems go, they have been here within the HOUR to fix it (which is really nice).

I work out of home and don't appreciate them just barging in, so they work around MY schedule.

Again, this is jyst MY experience I've had here.

The management so far has been great and really helpful as far as any problems go.

This is the FIRST apartment in 9 years that I have lived in that you can't HEAR what your neighbor is doing! You can't hear dogs barking (unless they are outside), you can't hear when your neighbor is using the restroom (or doing other private things).

Mainly, these are in fact built to condo specs (as advertised)and I don't mind paying the extra money each month JUST for the lack of noise.

Everything is solid.

The bathrooms are awesome fireplaces...appliances.

Everything.

It feels like a real home, not just another apartment complex.

You can also pay for a view as well (I would love to but don't have that kind of money).

ALSO, keep in mind that SOME apartments come with attached garages for no extra cost.

Some don't though...

Parking is awesome- I have NEVER had a problem, and the grounds are kept very clean.

Not to mention the huge workout room and awesome pool (you'll have to see the pool for yourself).

I would DEFINATLEY RECCOMMEND this place to someone that has the spare cash to spend on a nicer place.

As it is pretty pricey...
