Nalle Woods billed me to re-carpet entire condo after I moved out. They e-mailed me pictures of two stains in the living room. I called Larry Peel who told me it was "not negotiable" and hung up the phone on me. Mr. Peel evenually referred me to his lawyer and turned me in to a collections agency. Nalle Woods did not attempt to clean the carpet.

Now, one year later (2009), Nalle Woods continues to refuse to remove the collection from my credit report even though I paid the full amount;

I had quite a different experience. In early 2008--after living there for two years--I moved out, vacuumed and cleaned, and got all of my deposit back. I didn't have any pets, so that might have been a contributing factor. I never dealt with Larry Peel directly, but had overall very good experiences with the office staff. I enjoyed my time at Nalle Woods, and sometimes miss living there.

I wrote the review and have suspicions that johnlogic is another insider. Why else would johnlogic have responded immediately and been insightful enough to point out the Pet Addendum? How many people out there know that the Pet Addendum indemnifies the landlord against the tenant? Johnlogic really did his homework. My motive is to warn to the public about how Larry Peel & Company treated me. To quote Mr. Larry Peel, "Not Negotiable" They refused to give me a chance to clean the carpet. There were no stains in the two bedrooms. I offered to pay to re-carpet the living area but they refused to negotiate. Had I taken them to small claims court and lost I would have had to pay their attorney. Believe me, Larry Peel knows this and he exploited it.
