This place really stinks

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have a water leak in the kitchen, very little running water in the bathroom,a loud freezer motor and the plumbing in the bathroom literally stinks. Management is a joke. There is no maintenance, obviously, and people are making the right choice to move out or do not move in.
