I used to live there, paid rent and utilities on time every month. Never had any problems until the rat infestation that lasted more than 2 months and countless loaves of bread and sacks of potatoes. In case you need to know, our food was left on top of the counter, off of the floor and away from the walls. And STILL the critters got on the counter and ate through the bag. So what did management do' Foamed over all the holes sealing the "animal" into the walls. Unfortunately, it ate through the foam and camped out behind my stove for weeks. I saw it but no one did anything to catch it, only foamed over the possbile entries and exits. I have photos and will never go back.
