The rent is cheap but that is all Northcastle has going for it. Management is constantly changing but nothing seems to improve. Maintence requests take months, all of the outlets in my kitchen were broken for 2 months and the management kept putting it off. My toilet broke 3 days ago and still hasn't been fixed, even when I called to report an emergency. The maintence workers are constantly being fired so there is never anyone to get the work done.

When I moved in my apartment was not ready, there was garbage all over, broken lights, and tons of work that was "in progress". Most of it was never completed. The carpet has huge stains and is coming up in places and I was told to "live with it". The roof was re-shingled at 7 AM on a Saturday without any warning to the residents. The dumpster is always overflowing as is the sewer. The apartments are falling apart and should be bulldozed. It is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
