This place seems as though it were managed by Jr. High kids. Seriously. When it comes to maintenance, the office staff feign proffesionalism to give you false hope and send you out the door. I live with two friends and our A/C hasn't worked for just over a month (IN THE SUMMER!!!)and the two times they HAVE come to look at it, the "maintenance team" who I'm convinced is one dude, doesn't know what he is doing and says that we'll have to wait for "the A/C guy" to come take a look at it. I have never been more serious about anything else when i say that this place is completely and unexcusably terrible.

Were it not for the roof over my head and the lock on my door, I wouldn't reccomend that even a homeless person squat here. Man I hate this place

You really haven't seen the best of Northcastle living. In my courtyard we had raw, running sewage only two months ago. "Maintenance" couldn't deal with the stopped up plumbing in several units (because the trunk line was jammed) so they pulled off the cap to the clean-out and we watched turds float down the lawn for over a month. It's kind of neat when you can tell that the neighbors had corn on the cob.
