I live at NorthCastle for almost 4 months before we couldnt take it anymore. November - Feb). They had 3 managers in the short time we lived there, The raw sewage spewed into the parking lots at least once a week, normally on a weekend where the management didnt bother to call someone to fix it.

Our water got turned off constantly, claiming maintence, however the issue (leaking pipe) never got fixed.
There was a constant drip from the celing to our bathtub (we believe from the aircon ) that never stopped! we put in a work request every week for it. it was aweful, it would drip on us hen we were trying to take a shower!

The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. they vaccumed the carpet (odviously not shampooed) and the fridge was wiped out. there were dirt on almost all the walls, there were wine glasses above the fidge and i even found pot in one of the cabnets! (mind you, it was really dusty and old and i dont smoke anyway).

The last straw was when they set our building on fire. there was no damage to our apartment, however they did not replace the damaged beams! they just covered it with sheet rock.
