You will be in a living nightmare! It has been almost a year since I moved out and thank God that I have a lawyer. If by some miracle you don't have any maintenance problems (which you definitely will-nothing ever gets fixed properly the first time and when attempts are made, they use parts from other vacant units. But guess why those units are vacant' They arent working properly and the people moved out!!!!) you might be in a habitable environment for the moment, but let me assure you, it won't last. The management has no power or authority apparently to get anything done for your apartment or the grounds for that matter. You will be told, "its corporates decision. I cant do anything", and so you will want to know who you CAN talk to that WILL get things done, but you will be denied the numbers to conact the proper people. I got the run around over and over. I never received my deposit back and the reimbursement promised to me for my AC not working for the majority of the summer. IT WAS EVEN IN WRITING! THEY DON'T CARE!!!! I finally had enough and filed suit against them. Yesterday I got confirmation that they recieved the court papers and as I suspected they are denying any wrong doing. HA! That is a joke. Now all Im waiting for is to hear back from the court on the confirmed date. Im taking them for everything I can. Its been almost a year and Im still dealing with them. Do yourself and everyone you know or care about and warn them about this place. I wish someone would have warned me.

My son currently lives there and is having the same problems! He has also heard through the "Grapevine" that the place is full of Asbestos!!! He has a 6 month old child. NOT GOOD! Anyway...I am going to have him contact you. Thanks!
