Update:

Good:
Cheap, big, no noise, safe parking lot, pool now open, lady in office seems nice.

Bad:
Old, sometimes crap neighbors, many Chicano residents, 50% full I'd say, and lots of old maintenence problems such as a/c, fridge, pipes, etc. Oh, the water gets shut off at least once a week.

But you get what you paid for.

------ (management) is --- -------- of a liar that will say anything, and everything that will make you want to slap her. recently, people have been swimming in the pool(her and her kids) when it is still condemned, yes, condemned, by the state health department! wtf'

Thank God she doesn't work there anymore. Ever since they got someone else in there the pools are working again and things are getting fixed finally. People in the office are alot more friendly now.

I see that they have replaced about 75% or the a/c units w/brand new ones.
