Terracina formerly Northcastle, has a new look, but that s about it. I ve only lived here a little over a month and am now in the process of getting out of my lease with the help of the Tenant s Council.
No cold running water in the master bath sink. This has happened twice. I put in a work order when I moved in on 02/14/09 because I had very low water pressure in the kitchen that went from low water pressure to no water. This was just fixed on 03/12/09. On 03/12/09, I pointed out an apparent water leak above the tub in the master s bath. I came home from a trip to find mold growing on the ceiling and wall from the leak I pointed out two weeks prior. Which brings me to 03/23/09. I came home to find it literally raining in my bedroom and bathroom from an apparent pipe bursting in the apartment above mine. The same pipe that caused the leak, that caused the mold and the same leak I pointed out two weeks prior.
Oh yea, did I mention the rats. They eat your groceries before you do.
Another problem is that my son s bedroom often smells like cigarette smoke from the people next door and if you like eaves dropping, just stand by the vent. You can hear their conversation too.
RENTERS BEWARE! Cosmetically, these apartments have a nice appeal, but this will only lead to grief later.
