a dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   - looks ok during the day, but poorly lit at night, and located in an area that has a history of safety issues. Overpriced. A tedious experience overall. Drunk redneck couples fighting in the parking lot every now and then. The management seemed not to give a dang about the customer once the lease was signed. The water was shut off almost every week for repairs, with little or no notice, and the management didn't give a hoot that it interferred with renters' schedules. When repairs were made on the exterior, hammering was so loud that pictures fell off the walls, ... management didn't consider it their problem to care about. There are worse apartments in the Far West area, but there are many, many better choices in Austin.
