CWS = bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Shortly after moving in CWS took over the complex. From day one, that meant a decline in servies and maintaince. If you call the office, the NEVER call you back. They promise this or that, but the never deliver. There was no cooridnation among office staff. They just don't know how to run an aprtment complex! W
