very poor property management From: parkintheshade Date posted: 8/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 2 responses   I completely agree with all criticism of the CWS management. They are really awful. The upkeep on the maintenence has disappeared, and the staff is clueless to the needs of the residents. The only good thing about the complex is that it's quiet, safe, and the washers/dryers are cheap. Anything to do with the management company is a lost cause. Problems with the unit' forget it. Problems with your bill' forget it. Problems with miscommunication between staff members' forget it. Believe it or not, the complex was previously a fantastic place to live. However, the last year of negligence has really taken its toll. I wish they would sell it back.
