I lived at Oak Bend Apartments for about 5 years. It's a great place to live. Kinda cozy and the management is very understanding. The only complaint I have involves high speed cable internet and cable TV. You can choose whether or not you want cable. However, if you want Road Runner high speed internet then you MUST pay for cable TV as well. So add $25 bucks to your $45 internet rate. There is NO WAY around this. I wouldn't have minded so much but the management forgot to tell me this the day my cable was cut off. Really good huh' Like I said, my only complaint.

You can sign up for Earthlink cable internet, which is the same exact provider as Time Warner (you even write your checks to Time Warner), but are not required to get a cable TV package.
