If you are okay with living in an apartment full of toxic mold, than this is the place for you. The management showed us an apartment that looked great but was not the one we received. Upon move in, we discovered mold in every room of the apartment and everything was in severe disrepair. The reason they make you sign a mold addendum is because the whole place is full of toxic black mold. The walls in our unit were so rotten that they literally fell apart in front of us to reveal the other side thick with mold. Within 6 months, we had 2 major water leaks that destroyed our furniture and various other belongings which we were never reimbursed for. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything every one of your neighbors is doing. The staff is uncaring, and more concerned about keeping their jobs than helping you. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!!
